RESPONSIBILITY
We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen events. In case of cancellation by tour operator , payments will be refunded in full except for non refundable portion of deposits. We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary as may be necessary. We hold no responsibility for injuries resulting to tour participants during the trip nor any responsibility regarding flight cancellations , delays or lost luggage or damages resulting from the above conditions. Thus, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance independently or through us to cover unexpected expenses.

We reserve the right without notice to withdraw any part or all of the tour and to make such changes as may be necessary. Except where otherwise stated, we act only as an agent in securing hotel, transportation and other travel services and in no event shall we be liable in the event of any failure by any person or company to render any transportation, lodging or other travel service to be provided on the tour. All hotel, transportation and other travel services are provided to tour members subject to all the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public generally. We are not liable for any personal injury, property loss or other damage to any tour member sustained on the tour whether arising out of or incident to the tour or otherwise. We are not responsible for luggage lost by airlines or left behind by passengers, any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passenger. Any dispute arising out of this trip will be settled in the courts of the city of Yerevan, Armenia.

DEPOSIT:
A Deposit is required upon reservation. Payment of deposit is acceptance of terms and conditions . Deposit is partially refundable prior to departure.

INSURANCE :
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance at reservation time. We offer Access America which covers trip interruption, cancellation, lost luggage and medical expenses.

PENALTIES:
There may be penalties and fees to be paid to the airlines and hotels in case of cancellations and changes of dates or itinerary by travelers.
